Warranty

ILLUMINARY warrants to the first non-dealer purchaser of any of its products that they are to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase for all COB Strips. LED Transformers are warranted for five (5) years from the date of purchase. If a product is defective, purchaser require to contact ILLUMINARY and provide pictures and videos for verification. Once  ILLUMINARY review the pictures and videos typically 5 to 7 business day, purchaser will be granted warranty approval via email and new items will be shipped according to the shipping policy as set forth. ILLUMINARY obligation under this warranty shall not extend beyond the distributor’s initial purchase price of the product and accordingly any consequential damages or labor costs arising out of a defect are expressly excluded.

This warranty shall not apply to products that have been altered, improperly installed, mishandled, misused, or stored in excessively humid or hot conditions for an extended period. Notice of a defect in writing must be received by ILLUMINARY according period of time as outlined by products. Excluded from warranty are all halogen and xenon bulbs, battery backups, and any 3rd party component which carries its own manufacturer’s warranty.

PRODUCTS CHANGES:
ILLUMINARY retains the right to modify the design and specifications of our products at any time as part of the company’s continuous improvement of all products being offered.
